Payment & contact
: All
payments should be made in U.S. dollars via bank telegraphic transfers. We
do not accept credit cards. A US$400.00
advance deposit for each individual attending the safari must be sent
no later than 60 days prior to the first day of
the trip (this deposit will be deducted later on when full payment is made). The balance of the fee for the safari is due no later than
25 days prior to the first day of the safari. Failure
to pay the balance within this period of time, will result in your place as
well as your entire deposit being forfeited, and your spot will be filled
from our waiting list. The deposit and a duly completed "Registration
/ Release Form" will suffice to book a place in our trips.
Once a deposit has been made, participants will receive by email information
regarding their payment and pre-departure status, practical facts for the
chosen destination, itinerary revisions (if applicable) and all specific data
related to the places to visit, hotels addresses and phone numbers. We do
encourage fluent email / phone communication between participants and us
before traveling to Argentina, so that we can answer all possible photographic
or trip related questions you may have.
A
non-modified "Registration / Release
Form"
must
be
signed by each participant prior to the
start of
the safari,
and participation to the
trip will
be declined in absence of the signed
form, with no trip fee refund.

Fees : Travel fees
on our safaris cover all expenses incidental to the trip and its production. Medical
insurance, meals, hotel rooms, fuel, travel
equipment and entrance fees, will be provided by the organizers. The
expeditions will be made entirely by land.
If schedule permits, the organizers will
arrange for a cocktail soirée where prints of the best photographs will be
displayed at an exhibition that will take place at the end of the trip, at a
local art gallery. A personalized photographic booklet, as
a memorable souvenir, will also be mailed to the participants within
30 days following the end of the photo safari.
Airfare or other transportation
means
from your home
to
the city of
Córdoba, Argentina,
airport departure taxes,
insurance, alcoholic beverages and bar expenses,
tips
and
gratuities to local guides, phone calls,
passport or visa expenses, laundry or items of a
personal nature
are NOT included in the fee.
Any additional lodging
prior or/and at the end of the safari is not covered by the
organizers. Photographic gear and film/digital
stock is also not covered.

Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refund
:
Should the need to withdraw from a reserved place for the safari arises, you
must inform us -in
writing-
no later than 20 days prior to the first day of the safari, and we will
refund any fees sent, minus the US$400.00
non-refundable deposit. No refunds of any kind will be entertained for
withdrawal within two weeks in advance of the first day of the safari, during
the safari or for no-shows.
Since
our trips are sold as packages only, no
partial refunds
will be
made for unused
portions of a trip, for any reason.
Cancellation fees are not transferable, either.
Should we need to cancel a safari, all registered guests at the time
will be informed immediately and they will receive a full refund of all
deposits and fees already paid.
For this reason we encourage participants to purchase refundable airline
tickets and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. The organizers
will not be responsible for any loss on airline tickets or any other losses
related to cancellation.
